God Knows

God knows what it's like -
the pain you feel
and the fear that comes
when no man can heal
what you have.
God understands what you're going through.
He can come inside your mind with you
like no-one else can.

He sees all things.
He made the eye.
He hears all things.
He hears our cries.

He is Lord of the mountains
and Lord of our breath.
He is Lord of all living
and even of death.
